First step of establishing a good cooperation is the preparation of the price quote satisfying both client as well as the producer. Price quote is used as a template for the official binding order of printing services. It contains accurately defined parameters agreed between both parties. Part of the order is also the delivery date, which needs to be confirmed by the printing house representative.

The Order can be accepted in person, by post, fax, or e-mail. Together with the first order, any new client has to submit a letter of registration from the business registry (or its copy) and also 50% advance payment at the time of placing order and/or providing printing data. Standard payment period is 14 days starting as of product delivery date.
